Brownie & Rainbows

girl-guiding

We have two busy Units, with a variety of activities offered to the girls.  Along side the traditional activities of sewing, cooking, learning to work as a team, and church parades, we have done some more unusual activities such as a pamper evening, visiting the railway station, and a skipping evening by a skipping coach.  There has been lots of fun with campfires, division activity days and lots of games.  It was good to welcome a Crime Prevention officer to our meeting to help us learn to keep safe.

It is great to be able to offer so many girls the chance to grow in confidence and skills.  We currently have a full pack of 24 Brownies aged 7-10 years and a full unit of 15  girls aged 5-7 years but we are always happy to welcome new girls onto the waiting list.
