Sewing Circle

 

sewing-circle1Last year after the group had made an altar frontal for the Lady Chapel and three chasubles, we started on started on banner making, based on stories in the Old Testament.

If there is anyone (and I stress anyone) who enjoys sewing or embroidery, has a little free time, the group would be overjoyed to welcome you. We meet mostly once a fortnight to discuss what is to be done and then take the sewing home to do as and when we have the time.

 Our next project for 2009 is to renew some of the altar frontals that are quite worn.

    After a short Interregnum we are pleased to announce the appointment of our new Priest-In-Charge. Sue Burchell our current curate will join us sometime in October after a short break from her current duties. Please use the "contact Us" page for further information.
